Replacement & Repair Policy – Rouge Hoops

At Rouge Hoops, each piece is handcrafted with dedication and love. We strive to offer you not only beauty but also quality and support.

Replacements:

  • We accept replacement requests within the first 7 days from delivery.

  • Replacements apply only if the accessory arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • We offer an identical or similar piece if the original model is unavailable.

  • Alternatively, you may choose another piece of equal value.

Conditions for replacement:

  • The accessory must be unused.

  • A photo of the damage or defect must be sent at the time of the request.

  • Customized pieces are not eligible for replacement unless a defect is proven.

Repairs:

  • We perform repairs exclusively on earrings made by Rouge Hoops.

  • Shipping and material costs required for the repair (clips, bases, or other parts) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Repair time may vary depending on the model and damage.
