Replacement & Repair Policy – Rouge Hoops
At Rouge Hoops, each piece is handcrafted with dedication and love. We strive to offer you not only beauty but also quality and support.
Replacements:
We accept replacement requests within the first 7 days from delivery.
Replacements apply only if the accessory arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects.
We do not offer cash refunds.
We offer an identical or similar piece if the original model is unavailable.
Alternatively, you may choose another piece of equal value.
Conditions for replacement:
The accessory must be unused.
A photo of the damage or defect must be sent at the time of the request.
Customized pieces are not eligible for replacement unless a defect is proven.
Repairs:
We perform repairs exclusively on earrings made by Rouge Hoops.
Shipping and material costs required for the repair (clips, bases, or other parts) are the customer’s responsibility.
Repair time may vary depending on the model and damage.
