Hello, I’m Raysa Veras, founder of Rouge Hoops—a brand born from love, resilience, and purpose.

My journey began with a lifelong passion for accessories, even though my professional background is in social work. What started as a creative curiosity soon became something much deeper when, in 2017, my father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. During those long days and nights by his side in a New York hospital, I found healing in creating jewelry. What began as therapy turned into purpose.

With the encouragement of hospital staff, I set up a small workspace in his room. There, the first Rouge Hoops designs were not only created, but also sold—marking the beginning of something truly meaningful.
